Welcome to Yoga For All

Yoga Classes for All Ages, Abilities, and Bodies in Kenton, Dawlish, Teignmouth, and Online

Workshops

Workshops provide an opportunity to delve a little deeper into our yoga practice. They are 2 ½ hours long and consist of a focussed yoga practice (such as twists, strength, or balance), followed by refreshments and time for Q & As, before ending the practice with an extended relaxation or yoga nidra.

Summer workshops at the Summerhouse, Cliffden Hotel Gardens, Teignmouth

Saturday 23rd May, 20th June, 25th July & 29th August 2026

10.00am to 1.00pm £25 each includes refreshments

Mantra, Mudra, Meditation & Mandala

Join me for a nourishing series of four yoga workshops designed to offer you time and space to reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive setting. Each session will gently explore how mudras (hand gestures), mantras (sound/chanting), meditation, and mandalas (symbolic art) can enrich your yoga practice and deepen relaxation.

Across the four workshops, we will:

  • Ease into the body with mindful movement and breathwork
  • Calm the mind through meditation and mantra chanting
  • Explore the meaning and use of mudras to enhance focus and energy flow
  • Engage creatively with mandalas as a meditative tool
  • Enjoy an extended relaxation to fully unwind
  • Share light refreshments and conversation in community

Each morning offers a full, unhurried experience to slow down, reset, and leave feeling more grounded and at ease—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Saturday workshops at The Manor House in Dawlish

10.00am to 12.30pm

£20 per workshop (or £75 for all 4). Includes refreshments

Each Workshop builds on the last but they also work very well as stand alone sessions

These workshops will be based around the five elements and the three doshas. These concepts come from Ayurvedic philosophy which believes that the elements earth, fire, water, air, and space combine into three groups called doshas, which govern our physical, mental and emotional health. Come along and find your own unique elemental make-up and dosha type.

Spring

The workshop will consist of a practice that focuses on balancing our Kapha Dosha which is made up of the Earth and Water Element. with an extended Yoga Nidra (relaxation).

The workshop will consist of a practice that focuses on balancing our Pitta Dosha which is made up of the Fire Element. There will be poses and sequences that can help to keep us cool and create a sense of collectedness

and calm. This will be followed by breathwork and a seated meditation before we break for some seasonal refreshments and finish with an extended Yoga Nidra (relaxation).

One-to-one Yoga

These are suitable for students who want to take their yoga practice a little deeper, have a specific goal in mind or would like a little help and advice with their practice. Some people opt for one or two sessions and a home practice sheet to work on, others a weekly or monthly practice. I can suit your needs, just get in touch.

Community Yoga

I am often asked to run yoga sessions for specific groups. I can do these in person or online. They have worked well for hen parties, birthdays or business team building sessions.

I also run chair yoga sessions in care homes, day centres, and for WI groups and local Memory Cafes.

Children’s sessions have taken place at Kenton Primary School and cubs as well as family yoga sessions in Teignmouth and Yoga for Teens.

Please contact me if you would like me to organise a bespoke yoga session for your group.
