Yoga Classes for All Ages, Abilities, and Bodies in Kenton, Dawlish, Teignmouth, and Online
These are suitable for students who want to take their yoga practice a little deeper, have a specific goal in mind or would like a little help and advice with their practice. Some people opt for one or two sessions and a home practice sheet to work on, others a weekly or monthly practice. I can suit your needs, just get in touch.
Workshops provide an opportunity to delve a little deeper into our yoga practice. They are 2 ½ hours long and consist of a focussed yoga practice (such as twists, strength, or balance), followed by refreshments and time for Q & As, before ending the practice with an extended relaxation or yoga nidra.
1st March 2025 Spring |
The workshop will consist of a practice that focuses on balancing our Kapha Dosha which is made up of the Earth and Water Element. There will be poses and sequences that create fluidity and warmth and create a sense of space as we unfurl and stretch. This will be followed by breathwork and a seated meditation before we break for some seasonal refreshments and finish with an extended Yoga Nidra (relaxation). |

There will be poses and sequences that can help to keep us cool and create a sense of collectedness and calm. This will be followed by breathwork and a seated meditation before we break for some seasonal refreshments and finish with an extended Yoga Nidra (relaxation).

Community Yoga
I am often asked to run yoga sessions for specific groups. I can do these in person or online. They have worked well for hen parties, birthdays or business team building sessions.
I also run chair yoga sessions in care homes, day centres, and for WI groups and local Memory Cafes.
Children’s sessions have taken place at Kenton Primary School and cubs as well as family yoga sessions in Teignmouth and Yoga for Teens.
Please contact me if you would like me to organise a bespoke yoga session for your group.
